Rustic Honey Oat Biscuits

Ingredients:

  • 200 g rolled oats
  • 100 g wholemeal flour
  • 100 g butter
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • Pinch salt

Method:

  1. Rub butter into oats and flour.
  2. Add honey and salt; mix.
  3. Add a spoon of milk if dry.
  4. Shape and bake for 12–15 minutes at 180 °C.

Banana Almond Biscuits

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 100 g ground almonds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Drizzle honey (optional)

Method:

  1. Mash bananas and mix all ingredients.
  2. Spoon onto tray.
  3. Bake 15 minutes at 180 °C.

Apple & Oat Biscuits

Ingredients:

  • 1 apple, grated
  • 100 g oats
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp honey

Method:

  1. Mix all; shape small discs.
  2. Bake 20 minutes at 180 °C.

Coconut Date Biscuits

Ingredients:

  • 150 g pitted dates
  • 50 g oats
  • 50 g shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp butter

Method:

  1. Blend to a coarse paste.
  2. Shape and bake 10–12 minutes at 175 °C.

Wholemeal Butter Biscuits

Ingredients:

  • 200 g wholemeal flour
  • 100 g cold butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2–3 tbsp milk
  • Pinch salt

Method:

  1. Rub butter into flour.
  2. Add honey and milk.
  3. Roll ½ cm thick.
  4. Bake 10–12 minutes at 180 °C.

Oat & Banana Biscuits

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 120 g oats
  • 1 tbsp butter or oil
  • Pinch cinnamon

Method:

  1. Mash bananas and mix oats with butter.
  2. Flatten on tray.
  3. Bake 15 minutes at 180 °C.

Honey Shortbread

Ingredients:

  • 250 g wholemeal flour
  • 125 g butter
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • Pinch salt

Method:

  1. Cream butter and honey.
  2. Add flour and salt; form dough.
  3. Chill 15 minutes, bake 12–15 minutes at 170 °C.

Coconut Oat Biscuits

Ingredients:

  • 100 g rolled oats
  • 50 g shredded coconut
  • 60 g melted butter
  • 2 tbsp honey

Method:

  1. Mix dry ingredients, add wet.
  2. Shape and flatten.
  3. Bake 10–12 minutes at 180 °C.

Date & Walnut Biscuits

Ingredients:

  • 100 g chopped dates
  • 50 g chopped walnuts
  • 100 g oats
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp butter

Method:

  1. Melt butter and honey.
  2. Stir in oats, dates, and nuts.
  3. Bake 15 minutes at 175 °C.

Spiced Carrot Biscuits

Ingredients:

  • 1 small carrot, grated
  • 100 g oats
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Pinch cinnamon

Method:

  1. Mix everything.
  2. Spoon onto tray.
  3. Bake 20 minutes at 180 °C.
