Apple & Chia Porridge

  • Ingredients:
    • Rolled oats – 50g (Magnesium, Manganese, Fiber)
    • Apple – 100g (Vitamin C, Fiber, Potassium)
    • Chia seeds – 15g (Omega-3, Calcium, Magnesium)
    • Water – 100ml
  • Sauce:
    • Apple puree – 30g
    • Cinnamon – 1g
  • Preparation: Cook oats with water, stir in chia seeds, top with apple slices and sauce.
