- Ingredients:
- Rolled oats – 50g (Magnesium, Manganese, Fiber)
- Apple – 100g (Vitamin C, Fiber, Potassium)
- Chia seeds – 15g (Omega-3, Calcium, Magnesium)
- Water – 100ml
- Sauce:
- Apple puree – 30g
- Cinnamon – 1g
- Preparation: Cook oats with water, stir in chia seeds, top with apple slices and sauce.
