- Ingredients:

- Apple – 100g (Vitamin C, Fiber, Potassium)
- Unsweetened almond milk – 150ml (Calcium, Vitamin D)
- Sauce:
- Apple puree – 30g (Vitamin C, Fibre)
- Apple puree – 30g (Vitamin C, Fibre)
- Preparation: Blend all ingredients, serve with sauce.
