Carrot & Apple Smoothie

  • Ingredients:
    • Carrot – 100g (Vitamin A, Vitamin K, Potassium)
    • Apple – 100g (Vitamin C, Fiber, Potassium)
    • Unsweetened almond milk – 150ml (Calcium, Vitamin D)
  • Sauce:
    • Apple puree – 30g (Vitamin C, Fibre)
  • Preparation: Blend all ingredients, serve with sauce.
